I have set foot where it all began.
Where the first Chipotle rito was wrapped.
It was small.
Consise.
Everything I needed was right there.
I ordered my usual.
I asked for vinaigrette.
She said, “On the side?”
I didn’t know they would mix it in the rito before wrapping.
Brilliant!
But from my experience,
I knew that it would make the rito too juicy.
So I said, “On the side.”
Chips. Guac. The works.
It took me back.
Back to my first rito.
I couldn’t control myself.
I inhaled the rito.
It was amazing.
One of the best ritos that I have EVER had.
